How can I purchase tickets?
The best way and value to get tickets is to purchase them online by clicking the “Tickets” link in the menu. Please have your tickets ready to view on your cell phone upon arrival or printed.
Tickets will also be available at the gates.
Tickets are available in hourly time slots. If the time you want is sold out, please proceed to the next available time slot.

What if I arrive early?
Arrive no more than 15 minutes early. Entry is only allowed at the specified time indicated on your ticket.
What if I arrive late?
Not to worry, all tickets will be honoured. There may be a wait to fit you into the queue.
Please note, missed dates will not be refunded.
Where do I get my tickets once I have purchased them?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download each ticket. You can either download your ticket(s) onto your phone or print them for presentation at the admission gate.
I didn't receive my tickets
Please ensure you check all folders in your email for your tickets. You should have received a ticket email with scannable QR code and receipt email. Once you have checked all folders please contact us if you are missing either of these.
Tickets - Please Note Outdoor Trail Not Wheelchair Accessible
We try to be accommodating to everyone’s needs at our event.
However, please be aware trail is outdoors, uneven and subject to regular weather conditions making it not suitable/accessible for wheelchairs as well as some types of strollers etc.
Please wear proper foot wear as it’s an outdoor event. Dress warm.
How to get here
We’re located in Niagara Falls, ON Canada at : 10215 Montrose Rd, Niagara Falls, ON L0S 1K0 on the grounds of the Árpád Park Hungarian Hall.
How long does the experience last?
It is up to you and how long you stay at each display. We do ask that you are respectful of others and move along the path so others can also have time to view the displays. The trail is just over 1.2 kilometres long, and on an average takes about 1.5 hours to go through as you stop and take photos along the way.
What can I bring?
Make sure you have comfortable walking shoes/shoes appropriate for the weather. Bring your camera and make sure you #…….us on your social media.

What is your weather policy?
The event is rain or shine. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. However, if extreme weather or other conditions pose a threat to the safety of visitors and staff, the event day may be cancelled. Is There Parking?
Onsite parking is available on a first come first come basis. When you purchase tickets your parking location will be allocated, with free shuttle service to and from the park every 30-minutes, from the Canada BW parking lot, which is located 3-minutes away at 8699 Stanley Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario. Overflow lot is only open once the primary lot on site is filled.

When do I arrive?
Please arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled arrival time or your ticket may not be honored.
Is this event appropriate for young children?
Yes, this is a family event, suitable for all ages.
What can I expect when I arrive?
Upon arrival and presentation of your tickets, you will be led through our spectacular light show walking trail that will take approximately 1.5 hours to complete.
Please wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes to ensure your enjoyment of this event.
Please note we are located within the grounds of the Árpád Park Hungarian Hall and there will be signage to lead you into the festival.
How many exhibits are there?
There are over 30 incredible themed displays consisting of dozens of light sculptures and thousands of lights.
Is this a drive-thru experience?
No, this is a scenic walking trail experience set on a wooded lot where you will travel on lit pathways.
The walking experience will maximize your enjoyment of the displays, however, due to the natural landscape there will be uneven ground in some areas and caution is recommended while navigating the trail.
Are the exhibits interactive?
As we are doing our utmost to uphold the health and safety of all our visitors during COVID-19, the exhibits are currently not interactive so as to ensure proper physical distancing, however they are still incredibly fun for all.

Can I take pictures?
Yes. Photography and video recordings are allowed .
Are there on-site washroom facilities?
For your convenience washrooms will be available at the beginning and end of the trail. Our facilities are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Are pets allowed?
We kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. Pets are not permitted on park property.
Will there be any food served?
Due to covid restrictions, we will not be preparing any food or drink on site. This may change over time as the health situation progresses. Please check back here for updated information. We appreciate your understanding.
